Jade sighed, leaning against the cabin wall. She even opened her mouth to protest at the Jensi becoming her teacher, but Jade knew she wasn't going to take "no" for an answer, and finally getting some insight into this enigma that had clung to her for so long might actually be a relief. Jade grudgingly accepted.

"You're a peculiar woman, Inali. You discover I have this incredible and dangerous force inside me, and that I scarcely have any control over it. I can feel that you're scared of it, possibly even of me. Instead of bearing arms, you offer instruction and insight. I may have been more comfortable with you trying to kill me," she gave a grave chuckle and grinned.
