A loud shriek filled the halls, a blood-curdling scream.

Brown eyes snapped open, she breathed heavily, sweat on her forehead. Nightmares. She could feel her bones breaking, the excruciating pain spreading like wildfire throughout her body. She fell to the ground and crawled into the corner, clutching at her head. The only other sound to be heard besides the cracking and snapping of her bones, were footsteps descending down the hall, getting louder and louder, until the door to her cell began to open. She could feel the pain that was taking place in her body subsiding, now that she was on all fours.

But the pain had only been absent for a moment before it took place again, as she shifted back into her human form. She couldnt help by scream, tears streaming down her face until she was human again, laying on the cold floor, looking up at the guard who stood there, staring at her with cold, dark eyes. The last thing she could remember before passing out, was the guard calling for back up. But after that, her world went dark.
