Raine glanced back as the brekka was blocked by the small doorframe. She watched it for a second before trying to find some way out, possibly something she could use as a weapon. Now she saw how much use she might actually get out of a melee weapon; she might have been able to do something while the brekka was still trying to claw it's way through the frame. She glanced back as Nathaniel jumped across it's back, and frowned. Why did it seem like she was pretty much useless? Instead, of looking for a hiding place, she glanced around briefly for anything she might be able to use as a weapon, finally settling on the fact that there seemed to be little people left behind as far as weapons went. She would just have to find something else to do. Perhaps, if she could help Nathaniel...if they could get the brekka to run into each other often enough, they would go after each other instead? She hurried past the brekka, being careful to avoid those claws and teeth, and watched, waiting to move out of the way, and towards the other. She wondered if Nathaniel would catch on, or continue whatever he was going to do.
