But the youngest obediently accepted the celery and knife, taking the small cutting board over to the table with her. " Alright," She said with a sigh, pretending to dislike the chore. In actuality, Jezebel enjoyed helping her family cook in any way she could. She loved being of use to them all. She quickly set to work, chopping the celery just the way she had been taught.

" Mornin' Kerrie!" The small child exclaimed, she paused in her cutting as she looked up at her with a grin. But her eyes quickly flew back to the celery as she began her chopping again, her expression becoming very serious and focused for a ten year old girl. Her tongue stuck out of the corner of her mouth as she concentrated on not cutting her fingers by accident.. Again.

She made quick work of the celery, all finished in only a few minutes, exactly the way she knew Kerrie liked them to be. She picked up the cutting baord and brought the celery pieces over to the counter. " Where would you like me to put the celery?" She asked Kerrie as Heaven's words sank in. Her eyes widened as she looked over to Heaven, " Really? I can come?" She asked hopefully. In her eyes, spending time with Heaven was like she was floating on air. She admired her older cousin greatly and wanted to be just like her when she was her age. Beautiful, smart, and just as kind and caring.
