Serenity turned to see Lydrian come into the room. By the tone of his voice, she knew he was being serious for once.
"Hello Lydrian. We'll give you some privacy for a few minutes. Come on dear, let's have some friendly girl chat away from these boys." Serenity giggled.
Sadie didn't say anything but simply nodded and followed the teacher out of the room. Serenity waited for her to exit before closing the door. She stood out in the hall way with Sadie. Sadie looked at the teacher.
"What's your name dear?" Serenity asked.
"Sadie, Sadie Gunther."
"Well, nice to meet you Sadie. My name is Serenity Thereaux. I hope you weren't too frightened by what just happened."
"I am okay."
Serenity smiled all too knowingly. It sound like a standard answer for when someone was scared.
