"Give him a break, Natalia," came a voice from behind the three gang members. A man dressed in a black suit casually strolled up, cleaning off his brass knuckles with a handkerchief and dropping the soiled rag on the ground. "If he's man enough to join us then he should be treated as such." He clapped the skittish young man on the back, harder than necessary, and gave him a bright smile that was as menacing as his polished knuckles. The young man took several steps back, knowing a dismissal when he felt one.

Duncan's smile dropped and he rolled his arm around in its socket. After a few satisfying pops he pulled the sleeve back on his right arm and glanced at his expensive looking rolex. "Nickolai's on his way," he said pulling a phone out of his pocket to check his messages. "Had to work that guy over for a while before he finally came clean. Normally I'd have someone else do it, namely you Natalia, but I haven't beaten a snitch in months. Can't let someone else have all the fun before the boss gets here."

Looking up from his phone he grinned at Natalia and Tommy. "What have you two been up to lately?" He fixed them both with his icy blue eyes giving them his attention at last.
