Fate ~ Mikhail
The office was badly cluttered with unopened letters, books half open with some of the pages ripped out of them. Mikhail's office was never really used, all of the letters were either bills or other junk mail they would keep getting, if there was any applications in there, they would be lost until they hire someone to actually read all of the letters. However today, Mikhail was using his office, it had been quite around Fate for the past few days, the experiments were put on hold, due to the super-humans being extremely worn out or even unconscious, due to the flurry of experiments the past few days ago. He sat on his chair, leaning back, his feet buried in the letters on the desk, his head covered by a book. The same track of music continued to play in the background, it gave a sort of peaceful atmosphere at first, but after a while it became rather creepy.
"Subject #0000 has broken out of confinement. Life signs of Dr. Vyorbachev have ceased. Security move to lab seventeen and be on the look out for Subject #0000. Lethal force authorized for subject #0000."
Mikhail's sleep was interrupted by a female voice over the intercom. He pulled the book from his bored face and let out a huge yawn, stretching out his arms with the book still in his hands. He then discarded of the book against the wall, it was no wonder most of the books Mikhail owned were badly damaged. He sat up with a frown on his face as he tried to find the little button on his desk which was interlinked to the intercom. He gave up after a little while and stood up from the desk, walking out into the hallway to be met by a swarm of security guards, all a lot taller than him, which he didn't like at all. Luckily they all managed to dodge Mikhail and continued off down the hallways to lab 17, which was the facility where they first gave the new subjects the serum. Mikhail's weary eyes followed the guards until they disappeared around the corner, he then yawned once again and walked down the hallway after them.
As the security burst through the door, they aimed guns at both Stas and Andrei. Andrei was backed up against the wall with Stas towering over him, however the security didn't shoot, they just kept watching them, since Stas had been a failure, it was amazing to see him up and moving around. Mikhail arrived after a few minutes and looked at the crowd of security's backs, their guns ready to fire, apart from their backs, Mikhail couldn't see anything. He grumbled as he pushed his way through the crowd and to the front, his eyes widened as he saw that it was true, Stas, aka #0000, a failed subject, was up and running and now intimidating their new arrival. "Subject 0000, please step away from subject 9001." Mikhail's voice was cold, dark and emotionless, he was serious about everything, although he looked like a child in comparison of height against the security guards standing behind him, their guns still at the ready. Mikhail waved a hand dismissively as the guards gave a confused look, noticing that they weren't yet gone, Mikhail threw a glare at them over his shoulder, which soon got them to leave. He then turned his attention back on the two subjects. "Well then, it seems you two know each other. Because before you, 9001 came here, 0000, never even moved. A failed experiment to say the least."
