Faye's hand grasped her quarterstaff tighter as more angels came feeling uneasy at the awkward introductions but she let a small smile escape her lips to show courtesy towards her new companions as they weren't the issue here..
It was just her shyness overwhelming her ability to get properly acquainted at this point.
Her attention immediately moved to Jake as he flew over drawing his knives, taking up a defensive stance.
"You fool! Any one of us could have killed you! Did you not think that throwing a knife in the middle of seven warriors would be a bad idea?!"
Faye was about to speak on the matter but was interrupted as the summon sat behind her. She turned her head finding its appearance very unique in an amusing way. He looked a lot like a jester of a sort. "I think your shining knight wants to kill me, can I hide here?"
Faye blinked somewhat shocked but as she was about to respond..found herself again interrupted.
Jake had picked him up by the collar and placed him back on the ground away in front of himself to block him from her. "While I do not doubt your worth I would thank you to stay away from MY angel. You are, quite literally, a bomb waiting to explode and I will not fail her to the likes of a jokester."
Faye laughed nervously unsure of how to handle the situation until..
"Faye about that private conversation. I'd like to have it now if it suits you." Faye's eyes darted upwards at her summon sounding so serious. "Okay Jake.." she said quietly, standing up holding her staff. Her other hand brushed the front of her dress smoothing out creases. Her blue eyes stared at the back of his head as he remained fixed on the other summon. "Come on Jake, we should talk quickly so we can leave when the others are ready.. okay?" she said cheerfully with her head tilted to the side.
