Danielle finally gave in to the loud beeping of her alarm clock. It had been going off for about thirty minutes. She slowly sat up, her hair a mess, and looked around her room. Just another boring day of her homeschooled life. She got out of bed and put on some jeans and a black tank top. Once dressed, she brushed her hair and teeth, then headed out to her car. It was rare for her to stay home all day. She hated being home a lot. Her foot slamed on the brakes as a minivan stopped at a yellow light.

"What the fuck?!" she yelled, knowin that the driver couldn't hear her.

It wasn't too much longer before she arrived at the mall. She didn't know if school was out yet, since she didn't even bother to check the time. If school was still in, she wouldn't be seeing many teenagers around. That made things a little uncomfortable. All those adults without any teens around, always looking at her as if they were wondering why she wasn't in school. She walked through the doors and headed into Hot Topic. The wall on the left was lined with band shirts and below them were CDs. She stopped by a black Tokio Hotel shirt. There were never enough of them. Usually there was one and it wasn't her size. She looked at the size and grinned. Finally, she was able to find one in her size. She grabbed it and continued to look around the store. There were all sorts of weird things that her parents would hate, but she loved.
