Masa walked on the beach in his bare feet. The sand beneath his toes felt great. He felt relaxed. The sun was about to start setting. The lights already turned on so the beach was extra bright. He took a sip of his cranberry juice again. He was at a beach party for the end of high school. He didn't drink like the others. His friend died from drinking so he swore to never drink. He looked around and scanned all the girls at the tables and in the water. None of them looked worth flirting with. He looked around some more until he saw a glimmer of sweet red hair. He ruffled his hair, checked his breathe, checked his clothes, all clear. He started to walk towards her again. He made his face normal. When he got to her he tried to get her attention.
