He heard the heavy running footsteps from his room which stopped the Flashback short and he took a look outside his room taking his sword with him. "OH NO! RUN IT'S GLUTTON!" He yelled out as he tried to fish out some leftover Jerky he had in a sack from his journey and he pulled out the sack.

"Here Big Guy! Fetch!" Devlin said as he tossed sack and all to Glutton knowing he'll eat the sack too. he made a small pout as he did so and he stood out in the hallway. "NO touchy my Sword otherwise I will stuff my Dagger into your Belly button SO hard it's gonna look like a piercing." He never was good with threats and he didn't think it would register to Glutton even though it was just the Gaelic background in him talking he still didn't like the fact that Glutton wanted to taste his sword and chomp down on it. It was a personal gift to him from Archangel Micheal, who still stands by the Lord's side despite the fact most of the angels are attacking him along with the other Virtues and Sins.

The Archangel was there for Devlin even when he died on the battlefield and offered him his place as Courage, which he readily accepted so therefore he didn't like his welcome gift to be harmed as well.
