Helena smiled at the boy we he made his insistence about the house. Sure, he was an arrogant, annoying fool, But he was just like her. Well, not just lie her. She wasn't that stupid. But the way hae went about his business seemed much lie she would have done back on the street. Helena knew the moment the boy began to make cracks about stealing children Helena knew it wouldn't end well. Sarcasm was quite far from Etoille's strong suit, and the boy might not fair well if she grew angry, she was about to step between them when he started trying to apologize, trying to calm her down. one thing was for sure- at this point, there was no question about her race. The pair were now shown to be demon. which was great. this added some credibility to them, allowing, hopefully, for a little bit of trust. They might finally get the help they so need and deserve. Well, no one deserved to put up with mr.chess piece, but that was beside the point. The thing about it all was, was not only sdid the two humans know they were demons, but any observant child in the small makeshift home was now full well aware. Even worse, The energy from Etoille's change was strong, Helena could feel the pulse of her angry transformation with her bare skin, with the pulse detection techology the hell's angel's had, they had minutes before the began to arrive. The worst part was, they couldn't leave. they couldn't leave these kids to protect themselves when the demons came knocking. THey would have to fight. Well, this has just added sunshine to my day. she grinned a moment then remembered the severity of the situation. Helena began to make her way out the door. "You three come with me. This building is about to be under attack" as she said it, three demons taking the form of gargoyles flew at them, one directly at Helena. Helena leapt out of the way and while in the air took three poisoned pins from her pocket, and threw them at her attacker. Two hit her target while one flew at a second of the three demons. Great. this will rapidly decrease the heart rate and brain activity until they reach a near comatose state. the one she hit with two needles began to slow its motions, and as it did Helena gave it a swift kick, right out of the air. She called out to the others. "Ya'll gonna help me or not?"
