Masa helped Mari up a bit when she fell. He decided to go the opposite way of the room full of people. He pulled Mari gently through the hallways and made a turn at the corner. He saw a elevator and stairs. The elevator would cause a lot of ruckus so the stairs would be better. Suddenly he heard voices and footsteps behind him.

" I think I heard something over here. Check the kids." A woman's voice boomed threw the hallway. Masa panicked. His heart sunk and butterfly's were taking over his stomach. He saw a nearby window and acted fast. He hugged Mari tightly and skinny like so they could hide behind the curtain un-seen. It was dark so they had a better chance of hiding.
