"You're lucky you found me instead of some security or something. If I can make it to the armory, I've got a Power Armor set in there that'd make leaving a breeze."
Kim smiled at his words for once feeling a little more relieved out of this whole survival situation. Power armor with a big guy like him, and the little side kick, they be unstoppable! Kim pictured the fantasy in her head and sighed. She was beginning to think things were getting a bit better for her. After all, living in a cell, then monsters, and now a big guy that matched Kim in height just when he was sitting down and her standing up. She was just abut to ask where the armory may be until he said.
"But at the moment I'm unarmed."
She just wanted to flat out scream, but instead she stood the clenching the baton and her free hand knowing what he meant. She gave him a dirty look as he continued.
"Give me the stun baton, and I'll help you reach safety."
She was fallen a pon a chose, give him her only weapon, her only source of light... 'No... The dark, it has the monster... He's waiting...' she thought hearing sudden monstrous breathing from behind her. The sound she heard the first time in the machine, when every dark thought swarmed inside her innocence and dragged it and tore it in haft. She stood completely still, like she did in the cell. Dead still, her eyes going in a day dream, and she stared right at the man's eyes. It felt long and nearly endless that the breathing of the monster, hidden in darkness, waiting for her to move, finally her fear died down, it left her. She gasped out falling to her knees and dropping the baton, rolling to the man.
She whined out, "Please... Just don't leave me alone... You can have it, I'll be good, just don't leave me alone..."
Her mind began to return to a logical state, her only fear was being left alone. The monster, she had hallucinated with the large breathing as if it was behind her, lurking... It was all too real to her. Yet nothing was there that whole time, just dead silence. Nutters... Would in fact describe cell block F. They all saw there version of evil, fear, doubt, and it stayed with them, as a reminded that there life would always be suffering. She was completely unaware whether the man could hear the breathing. Being that it was in her head, well, her only plea could get difficult.
"Don't let it get me..." she mumbled.
