Anne stood up from the chair she was sitting on and decided to take a drink. She rarely drinks, but this time, she had no choice. She was so bored that she could sleep the whole night. But of course, it would be a disgrace to her kingdom if she did that. She walked towards the table where many nobles were drinking and sat down on one of the chairs available. It turned out that she only wanted grape wine. She couldn't risk to drink some other stronger alcoholic drinks, she might blurt out things that were...not quite good to hear. Taking a sip, she scanned her eyes on the crowd to see if there was someone she recognized. But there was really no one to talk to.

" I shouldn't have come here " Anne muttered as she tried to sit up and look like a princess..in her case, she already was a princess. She tried her best to keep her eyes open, but she was just to sleepy to do so. She wanted someone to talk to her, then she would be able to keep herself from sleeping. Her gown wasn't even helping. It was really a bother to her. She wanted to run around the palace and go to the balcony or something, but her gown is preventing her from doing so.

And so, seeing that there was nothing she can do, she kept on eating slowly until her system was awake. She looked at the people dancing. She wanted to do that too, but she didn't know how to dance. It's not like she hated it, she just wasn't given the chance to learn it. Her mother hated dancing, and her father didn't like attending to these kind of things. So they never bothered to let her learn how to dance. She was jealous of the people around her for having the chance to dance. Looking around her, she noticed that some nobles are already drunk. Good thing that she only drank grape wine and didn't end up like that.

" I guess I won't be dancing then " she told herself as she just smiled. She was happy to watch the people dancing while they were also having fun.
