Maw saw Nadial coming and stared at her. She looked nervous, almost scared of him. He frowned, had he done something that would cause her fear? He didn’t want to be a leader like Cru. He didn’t use fear to rule, only loyalty. He knew he could be a little high strung at times but he didn’t know he came off as a dictator.

“maw” she acknowledged almost shyly.

“Hello Nads, anything new?” he asked already knowing the answer from the look on her face. He wished he could manage to scrounge up more information but he knew one person could only do so much.
Maw stood and started towards the broken tree line.

“Come with me, we need to talk. Cru is putting the pressure on, there isn’t enough food to go around any more and the water sources are scares due to his damns." Maw sighed running his fingers through his hair.

"We are going to attack tonight. A stealth mission more than anything. Besides, I cant seem to keep track of all my members obviously, and you two are my most trusted so…will you join me?” Maw asked as he stepped into the cover of the few tree’s there were and faced them.
