Julian was just leaving Geius' lodgings when he heard the horse racing down the road, nearly running over several people as it tore around stands. When the horse got close enough to him, Julian stepped in front of it. His eyes glinted like white gold as he slowed down his surroundings with hardly a thought. Easily catching the horse's reins, he was half-thrown off his feet when time resumed its normal speed and the full impact of the momentum he had just grabbed onto hit him. After a moment of being mostly dragged by the horse, it finally halted and turned to poke at the thing that had stopped it. Muttering curses as he stood back up, Julian led the horse back to it's master.

"You must be a clotpole if you lost your horse like that." Julian chuckled. "I'm assuming this is your horse, correct? Seeing as how you were really the only one that seemed to have been chasing it for quite a while." he noted the villagers that were returning to their homes after attempting to chase the bay.
