The Leading Siren Kitten

"Hm hm hmm, I wonder what we should say to them. Surprise! We're here to murder everyone! No that sounds a bit too cheesy. How about, The Sirens are here to kick your butts!." The vibrantly pink-haired leader huffed and poked her equally bright bottom lip out in a childish pout. "We can't just waltz in and start picking people off without saying a cool catchphrase first. They need to know who exactly busted into their super secret hideout right before we kill them." She spoke rather complacently considering she was talking about murdering a rival gang leader. It wouldn't be her first time killing someone, and it would be ludicrous to assume it'd be her last. Regardless of whether she managed to come up with a signature saying or not, there was no doubt that Kitten and her fellow Sirens would have to take care of the small-scale rivalry before it got in the way of their bigger plans. Yes, as bad of a taste that it left on her tongue, she couldn't deny the fact that collaborating with other gangs was an excellent strategy.

It was a recurrent vision of hers, Kitten always imagined marching right up to Grant's desk and strangling him with her whip, however that was a highly improbable dream. She stood a better chance of walking on water. So while she couldn't stand to think about spending five minutes in a room with any of them, her own personal feelings would have to be ignored if it meant getting rid of her biggest enemy. Grant practically had control over the entire world, pretty soon it would be too late to even attempt overthrowing him. Most importantly, he posed a threat to her gang members who she thought of as her own sisters. She'd do anything to protect them, after all she's the leader, it's part of the job description. "Oh Zuzu, you always seem to know exactly what I'm thinking!" Kitten giggled and flashed a smile that could've safely led a ship to its port. Sometimes it was easy to forget she was a gang leader, or even twenty-two instead of five. She had her effervescent personality to thank for being able to stay sane when everyone else in the world seemed to be losing their minds.

They finally arrived at their destination, luckily with no one guarding the outside, it wouldn't be too much of a hassle to just barge right in. Kitten moved to take the lead but stood back just enough for Aden to effectively kick the door down. "Ooh nicely done." She seized hold of the opportunity to applaud her second-in-command while everyone inside the building appeared to be shocked by their unannounced arrival. "Eight against one? Tsk tsk, that just doesn't seem right." In one swift movement Kitten had her whip tightly gripped in her right hand and ready to go. "We don't usually make house calls but you guys have really been irritating us, anyone who threatens to disrupt our plans just has to die." She declared matter of factly, it wasn't the spicy statement she initially wanted to make, but at this point all that mattered was handling her business. A male she guessed had to be the leader, judging by the way everyone stepped out of his way, stood to meet Kitten halfway. He didn't seem to pay much attention to the man Aden had just rendered momentarily useless. His lack of concern for his own made her eye twitch in irritation.

"This must be some kind of pathetic attempt at a joke. You're the almighty Sirens that are supposed to be so deadly?" The man covered his mouth in a failed attempt to stifle his laughter. "You my dears are nothing more than a few sickeningly colorful bunch of girls trying to play with the big boys." He turned to spit on the ground, disgust clear on his face. "Weeeeell I do love playing, and I am pretty colorful if I do say so myself," Kitten turned around as if to show off her ruffled, hot pink dress, "but we can play just as rough as you sexist jerks." In a flash she advanced on the leader and made the first move in their fight. She swung her right hand up in a motion that looked a lot like a punch, but instead of crashing it into his jaw, she slapped him across the face. He was thrown off by the unexpected hit and even more bewildered as to why Kitten wasn't moving for a second attack. "Didn't your mother ever tell you how to talk to a lady?" Her hands were on her hips and everyone had to be wondering whether she was going to actually fight him, or lecture the man to death.

His shock finally wore off and he raised a fist of his own and aimed it directly at her mouth. Kitten ducked out of the way and spun around to get behind him at the same time. She jumped on his back and tried to gouge his eyes out with her index fingers. He yelped in pain and fell forward in the gravel beneath them. Kitten didn't waste any time in wrapping her whip around his neck and pulling it tight. "Now listen up while you still can. No one messes with my sisters, understand? Otherwise something like this might happen." Kitten stood up on his back and gave the ends of her whip a quick tug, it was accompanied by a sick cracking sound as his neck broke. She stepped back and rubbed her hands together while admiring her work. Around her she noticed that her girls had also tactfully disposed of their opponents. "Oh girls I knew this would be a good time! Look it didn't even take that long at all, I almost feel bad for coming all the way here and ending things so quickly." Kitten started walking back towards the door Aden knocked down and turned to look at the others. "We have a meeting to attend right?"
