Kiku Suzuki
Bored. That was the only thing Kiku could fully comprehend at the moment. Pure boredom. He had stared at the wall, and counted all the dots and indents in them; 210,456,021 total. He counted his breaths for some time, but he lost count after 5,000. Hell he had activated his powers for a bit and snooped on people. Sadly, nothing interesting; if you count some people breaking out and talking not interesting, that is.
Kiku yawned widely and flung his arms in the air with an exasperated growl. Dammit, he was boredā¦wellā¦there was a door that screamed OPEN MEā¦even though he shouldnātā¦
Kiku shook his head and lay back down on his bed with a sigh. Well he was a test subject; he didnāt expect to be treated like royalty here. But would it kill them to give him something to do? Apparently so, since the only thing that Kiku has that was remotely interesting was a piece of dust, or at least it looked like dust. Eh, whatever, he wasnāt touching it.
And there went his momentary session of no boredom. Fuck, it was back. No, go away boredom. You arenāt wanted; you donāt belong here.
Okay; if you donāt want to be bored; letās thinkā¦what did that lady mean by āTimelessā being recreated?
Kiku shifted on his bed so that his head was hanging off the side, his headphones in danger of falling off his head. His toes wiggled in his shoes, the same ones he had worn when he was kidnappedā¦
I wonder how my family is doingā¦wait! No. Timeless think aboutā¦UGH I donāt wanna think dammit! He groaned out loud and fell off his bed, landing on his head with a low thud.
āOuchā¦owieā¦dammitā¦yuckā¦hurtsā¦ā he mumbled, tears springing to his eyes as he rubbed the now tender spot on his head as he pouted to no one in particular.
Too bored to just stay in his room; Kiku poked his head out and scurried out of the slightly open door, skidding around corners and hiding behind walls when the scuffle of footsteps came his way.
He thought about using his powers, but he didnāt want to risk running into something because he wasnāt pay attention. Sound waves can kind of obstruct your vision, if you didnāt know that.
Kiku was walking cautiously around the building when he heard more footsteps. Panicked, he stood there for a few breathless seconds before grabbing onto a wall and swinging him self to hide in the corners. The people walking by wouldnāt be able to see him until they were past the wall, the then he was only visible if they happened to turn back. However, if someone from the opposite direction walked by, he was in clear view.
So he held his breath and prayed to a non-existent God that he would not be found. When the two scientists walked by him, Kiku spotted a faint blush on the girlās face, while the guy was smiling slightly, as if he has accomplished something. Most likely getting her to go on a date with him.
Loveā¦that shit sucks. he thought with almost a snarl, Love just gets you hurt in the end, why bother?
When the couple had passed a safe distance away for Kiku to make his escape, he sighed and took off his headphones, cringing in physical pain at the mass of sounds that assaulted his sensitive ears. Walking so close to the wall that he was basically pressed against it, Kiku was able to summon his powers and silence the noise to absolutely nothing. All that he could hear was his own breathing and heart thumping in his chest. The sound waves floated happily in midair, all the colors reflecting in the boyās pale blue eyes. Walking farther from the wall, he focused on the sounds around the area he was in, a smile on his lips as he watched each sound wave blink out of his view, like fireflies turning off their lights.
Soon the only color that was left was violets and pinks. None of the sounds seemed interesting at first, until he heard someoneās footsteps. Kiku tensed, ready to duck and hide behind the nearest thing in sight. However, the footsteps slowed and Kiku heard a door opening. Curious, he quickened his pace and spotted the guy going into an open room. the door was made of oak, not that it really mattered. He stood there for a little bit; not sure if he should walk in or just go back to his roomā¦
ā¦back to the boredom? No way in hell. Heād risk his chances of being brutally murdered in that room than going back to his own. Hell, if he was murdered then he wouldnāt have to life anymore. Sinceā¦you knowā¦he would be dead.
With that happy thought in his mind, Kiku dismissed his powers and pranced into the room with a smile on his face. He was prepared to meet his death, not to see some guy be suspended in air by a thick, red bond. As soon as he was in the air, the rope, and the guy, fell back on the ground. Though the rope didnāt stay a rope. Instead it turned into a liquid that looked a lotā¦likeā¦blood.
A blood rope? Ah, that is gross Kiku gagged loudly and shuddered, catching the attention of both guys in the room.
There was one person who was not too far from the bed thing, yet a safe distance from the other guy. He had multi-colored eyes, one blue and one reddish, with a sexy mop of auburn colored hair.
Heāsā¦hotā¦ was Kikuās first thought, before his eyes changed to the guy who was not even seconds ago, in midair, held by blood
Blood red eyes. That was the first thing Kiku took in from the stranger staring at him. Blood red eyesā¦and blue and white hair.
Kiki stood there, his headphones on his head, eyes wide in shock as his gaze flicked from the sexy multi-colored eyes guy, to the blood red eyes guy.
He shuffled his feet and put on a shy smile, worried now. If he wanted to die, he did not feel like dyingā¦by blood.
āHello? Umā¦did I interrupt something?ā he asked tentatively, āSorry if I did. I umā¦wellā¦I snuck out of my roomā¦and well I saw him,ā he pointed that the blue and white haired boy, ācome in hereā¦so I followedā¦himā¦inside hereā¦ā His feet shuffled again and he looked down, hating awkward silences.
āIf youāre gonna kill me, can you hurry up?ā he blurted out, eyes downcast, āI donāt like it hereā¦I donāt want to be hereā¦ā
Just shut up and pray you donāt say another stupid thing, idiot! he chided himself as he slowly backed out of the room, hell bent on fleeing back to his safe haven of a room.
