"Well that was unexpected." Matthew was shocked. He hadn't really expected a response, especially to his last comment that had been meant as mockery directed at customer service. "Um, alright one moment, I mean un momento" Matthew got out of bed and began searching through boxes until he found an English to Spanish dictionary. Flipping through the pages he said "Bueno aquí va una idea: llamar si usted no puede hablar, si usted puede hablar a continuación, sólo hablan." After reading from the book in an attempt to translate his earlier message to Spanish he realized that there were porbably other things he should be saying at the moment.
