Morrigan's heart pained slightly at such a blunt description of a weapon. To her, a weapon only had as much blood on it as its wielder had. This blade felt.....familiar, as if she was reuniting with an old friend. The blade was evenly balanced even though it did appear coarse. Running her finger over the tip, she winced slightly as a bead of blood appeared against her skin. It definitely wasn't dull. Sticking her finger in her mouth she tried to stop the bleeding, a sharp copper taste layering across her tongue. Definitely more familiar than it should have been, almost as if she had actually hunted and ate like an animal before. Pulling it from her lips with a small 'pop' she soon turned her attention back to Angelique. Even though she usually didn't speak up that much, she felt as if she should say something to comfort her, holding the very blade you were killed with must have been shocking. "Even though that blade was used for your demise..",she murmured softly, nodding eye contact and nervously rubbing her thumb against the dagger's hilt,"Now you can use it to protect people against such a fate. A weapon is defined by the purpose of the wielder, not by the intent of the creator." Her tan cheeks held a small pink hue and she glanced up at Angelique for a brief moment, wanting to make sure she hadn't angered her.

"I-I'm Morrigan Lefay, I wasn't sure if you caught my name or not." She glanced over at the imposing man who quiet frankly scared her. "And thank you for the information, I was wondering why it seemed so familiar." She was half hiding behind Angelique, causing quite a comical sight. "Can you- I mean, would you happen to know more about our situation? Not that you should bother yourself by talking to me about it",she said quickly before ducking her head behind the other girls. She felt like an animal taken out of its natural habitat and thrust into one that was completely foreign to her, causing her to wonder partially if this was all a dream. As if she had been training to hard and was simply asleep on one of the chairs in the practice court.
