Unfortunately for Matthew, at least one of the supernatural beings was not going to answer him. The unfortunate balance of power angered the unnamed spirit, but did not deter him. He was not ready to give up, not even to a demon; they were more evenly matched than a human and a demon, after all. Or even three humans and a demon. Harnessing the energy from the air around him because the rest of the houses' power was shot, the spirit drew it in and condensed it, leaving a coldness in the air and a slightly visible orb in the air. The orb disappeared after a brief moment of reality,though it had merely been expanded and manipulated, flowing. Simple visibility was not something to fix this. No, the spirit needed more power. Gliding over, the spirit grabbed Matthew's face. This one had plenty of energy. The mere contact, prolonged, made him flicker into visibility, and even solidity, as the blond-haired blue-eyed creature made to not only use this boy's energy but to remove every ounce of it.
