"Well might as well go check in." He muttered. Slowly rising, Carmine seemed more like a robot than man as his hand moved to put his guitar in the case. When it was locked up, he tossed the instrument over his shoulder, and lifted the duffel bag with his free hand. He worked his way to the counter, a few bystanders still smiling at his performance, or possibly his USAF shirt with the para-rescue emblem on the back. "Hi I have a reservation I believe. The name should be Scarpa, first, Carmine." The receptionist smiled and handed him a key with a "Have a nice visit sir. Your room is number 105." Carmine started off but stopped mid-step. Turning back to the receptionist, he asked with a smile, "Before I forget, is there another person registered to this room? A weird question I know but I just thought I'd double check." The receptionist clicked a few keys and nodded with a smile. "It seems a Miss Anatoli Myrin is as well sir. Will there be anything else?" Carmine sighed and shook his head. "No thank you." Turning, he hurried off to the room and started putting his things down. "Just like dad said." He whispered to himself. He undressed and started changing into a swimsuit, his back to the door.
