Pavel dug his hands into his eyes, trying to rid his exhausted mind of the lights that flashed into his eyes all around the room. Combined with the absolute chaotic noise that came from all directions, the boy felt as if his mind was being split in two. He sat in the corner of the room with his knees drawn to his chest, rocking in a little ball.
Suddenly, a new sound enters the noise... more than one... 3 heartbeats.
Pavel looked up in time to see 3 large men with clubs approaching him at a steady pace. The boy reacted mindlessly. Kill them...With a snarl, launched himself at the man in front. The victim wasn't prepared for the attack, and emitted a small yell before he was hit around the head with his own club. Unconscious, he collided with the tiled floor. Pavel felt the other two coming. Jumping up and over one of the men, he grabbed the victims hair in mid air and pulled it down with him, effectively snapping the man's neck. Last but not least. He felt the swoosh in the air that signified a club coming, and stepped back to dodge it easily. Picking one up from the ground, he swung it baseball bat style at the man's head, his brains splattering against the side of the wall.
Pavel blinked, coming back to himself. He looked at the bodies around him indifferently, but the noise and flashing lights never ceased. The subject fell to his knees, his eyes squeezed tight and his hands clamped over his big dog ears. Why don't they stop it? They always stop after I kill them...
He slowly let go of his ears, letting them take in all the noise. He was shaking, the pressure felt like it was building behind his eyes. But, he heard what he needed to hear. The first victim still breathing. He moved towards where he lay quickly, and without even looking at him, pressed down hard on his windpipe. He heard the satisfactory *crack* and the breathing ceased, as well as all of the flashing lights and sounds in the room.
Pavel let out an exhausted sigh, the pressure in his mind slowly ebbing away. He was sweating and shaking, but he knew his shower time wasn't until tomorrow morning, so he was going to have to sleep like this. The door opened again, and Wilkinson grabbed for his arm again. Panicking, Pavel swung at his face, but it was a weak swing, and was only returned with a shock from a tazer.
"You were sloppy today, Pavel. Make sure not to do it again."
He shoved him out of the 'therapy' room, and he stumbled along, barely able to see straight from exhaustion. He was shaking, and twitched every time another beam from the florescent lights hit him. Beside him, he noticed a familiar pair of golden eyes passing through the same hallway.
"Hi, Eden," he could barely managed to whisper, and could only hope that she had actually heard him as Wilkinson shoved him forward. He stumbled, but still managed to stay upright.
