Nero scarcely heard Rashid's voice, and if his was the last voice that he was destined to hear, than let it be so. He didn't feel the pain as he felt the teeth make contact with his throat, rather, it was simply an immense amount of pressure, as if someone was grabbing him. He began to feel immensely tired, as he felt a strange warm liquid seep around and down his fur, close to where the pressure was begin applied. Hopefully it didn't mat up his fur, he was feeling too tired all of a sudden to try and clean it out. The fatigue that came upon him was rather sudden actually, but in a way, it was rather calming. The pressure was soon released, or perhaps Nero had become numb to it, but the absence of the annoying weight on his throat made it all the easier for Nero to give into the blackness, and soon he fell into that eternal sleep from which there is no return.
