Kathleen stood in the doorway, now outfitted with camo pants and a black tank top. She held her new, clean labcoat in one hand, and her mother's duffel in her other. She had braided her long brown hair, and it draped down her chest. She was barefoot, but had a pair of boots downstairs.
"Sure, I'll go get everything ready for you."
She turned turned and made her way down the stairs. She passed through a hall and into the main room, then through to her medical room. Placing her things on top, she pushed a table to the middle of the room and brushed it off. Her coat was crisp, and faintly smelled like the soap she had used. She pulled it on, and grabbed one of the medical cases. It made a *thunk* as she dropped it on the table, and the latches opened with ease.
She began setting up her equipment and waited for Jared, and anyone else who needed medical treatment to come.
