Jane carefully studied as the electrical current began to arc backwards, its path seemingly under control as it was brought towards the hero who she could not identify. Jane did not move as she watched the control over electricity, and the precision that was involved in harmlessly releasing the current into nearby devices. Her eyes did not seem to convey any emotional reaction, and despite the fact that her body had just finished sealing her external wounds, she did not seem to be in any visible pain.

Jane leaned forward slightly as she spit out a mouthful of blood, already coagulated it came out as an amorphous blob that she spit onto the pavement. She dabbed her lips with her fingers, a senseless gesture given the amount of gore on her body. She slowly leaned down on one knee while looking at the officer and reached to place a hand on the shocker's chest. She then slowly rose back to her feet.

Jane tilted her head slightly and opened her lips to draw in a breath, the officer had asked her a question, it seemed appropriate to answer him. "Reassemblage takes a few moments. Restoration of bio-matter should not be foreign to you. There have been several prolific public figures who have displayed this capability." She looked around at the damage to the area, it was fortunate that the conflict did not escalate further.

What are you, the question caused her to pause for a few moments and contemplate her own existence. What exactly was she? She did not think she was machine, because she was almost entirely organic materials, yet she would not immediately refer to herself as a person either, this did not currently seem to be true. Despite the confusion the question brought to her mind, she still began to approach the man asking her.

"I do not have an answer as to what I am. My want is apparently more difficult than I had anticipated. I need to develop a reputation as a Hero so that high profile individuals will attempt to contact me." She thought about his accusation, "I believe that I acted within the regards of self defense. There was an immediate danger to myself an others, perhaps I did not understand the concept correctly. However I did indeed escape from the police, I cannot allow myself capture at this time.

She took a look back at the Shocker for a moment, "If you would like to disable his devices, I am not familiar with them. It would be unfortunate for him to make an escape." Her eyes came back to Hazmat as she stopped walking a few feet back from him. She was unsure what he might do, but she did not raise her guard and her hands lay peacefully at her sides. "If there is need for you to pursue me, I will wait until you have secured this man before I make my attempt at escape." Her expression continued to be flat, with little emotion displayed.
