The animal, the beast inside her roared to life when the Healer stuck a needle in her leg. She could feel a cool sensation in the bottom of her stomach and it was growing very quickly. Kyra snarled the black in her eyes that was contained before, was now taking control, and in no way in hell would it be contained again. She turned to the Healer and backhanded the human to the far side of the room. She was keeping a small control over how much power she had behind her arm and it was alot to cause the Healer pain, but not break the jaw or snap the neck. Kyra was on the hunt, and she was going to take every pleasure she could in causing the human pain.

The instincts to hunt and the beast were keeping the sedative from doing it's job correctly and Kyra's blood was starting to break down the drug, so it would take awhile for the drug to actually affect her. Kyra morphed into her tiger shape and purred as she went into a crouch. It had been quite some time since she last ate or hunted a living creature, and it was a bit of a relief to be in her animal form, to release the monster the lab created.
