Thirteen shifted her attention to the scene below her, observing the humans as they crowded around each other. She stood at the top of the largest skyscraper, concealed with Deco's concealment magic. The two of them, to any other person would appear as if they were not there. She was not familiar with any of the people below her, though names would ring a bell. "That one looks like a pain." Deco said from beside her, looking down at a pink haired female. Deco has been the only person she had any kind of real human interaction with, and he was also the one who had taught her most human things. Though she was half human, she was born only a year ago - in an underground facility. What worked in her favor was her ability to pick up knowledge immediately, like learning a language overnight, and the inability to forget. Deco shoved his has in his pockets, though the people beneath him would look like mere dots to most, his vision allowed him to see them as if they were right beneath him. "If the self-proclaimed heroes are stupid enough to turn against one another, then let them destroy each other." His tone was nearly monotone, he wasn't amused. He and Thirteen had come here after following the suspicious female and her accomplice, but hadn't expected so many others to throw themselves onto the scene first.
Thirteen tilted her had slightly, the two of them had chosen to observe for the time being, staying unseen on the ledge of the building. "Their actions are unfavorable to those around them." Thirteen said to Deco. "Civilian death probabilty should they get in the middle is quite high." Deco didn't respond, but instead stared off into oblivious with a bored expression on his face. "One is not human." Thirteen stated. "Oh, interesting." Deco responded, getting into a crouched position watching the two males face off against one another. "Now that doesn't solve our problem does it?" Thirteen looked down at him and back to the people beneath her, the one that wasn't human peaked her interest. However, that wasn't too important at the time being, right now, two villains as society called them - or possible villains were going to get away if she didn't stop them now. The fact the two heroes were facing off towards one another caused her to lose a lot of hope for this day and times society at large. They needed to get their priorities straight. However, she would not argue with this subject, she in fact did not like to work with others, teams were beyond her - Deco was the only person she could fight beside. "Lets go."
The two were then teleported to the street below, a small distance from the others. At this moment, the two were made visable. While neither of them had particular super hero costumes, Thirteen wore a decorative outfit, one of which she would change on occasion. While Deco, just wore a black jacket, white tank top and black jeans with various chains. "You two are in the way." Deco said to the guys in front of them. "Go be idiotic elsewhere." somehow he said this with a straight face. "Thirteen's eyes wandered over to the pink haired girl, her left arm turning into a thin sword and her right into a large one - which looked impossible for her to manage. "I have no interest in anyone but you."
