Two men, unarmed, unarmored, and unwavering. They were patrolling. Patrolling an entrance. Thats when footsteps, fast, could be heard coming towards both the guards, and they tensed up, looking a bit more wolf like then before. A boy came down, and went past the guards. the guards made a slight snarl, before straightening their backs and looking more human. The boy's hair was messy, at the moment anyways, and he was wearing a large cloak. As he passed someone, they noted "I thought you went out for a bite?". He then replied "I did, but there were some humans near the enterence. So, I had to "borrow" someone else's cloak. I hope you don't plan on serving desert.....".

"Well, if I do, at least it will save me from checking your food for poison again...."

The boy stopped for a moment, and then agitatedly replied "You know, it would be nice if they could at least try to look at it from my side......and really, killing me?". The man only replied "Well not everyone knows you actually have skills. Your father may have had a lot of respect, but you just cant inherit that. You need to earn it, and they find the fact someone so young is where you are and not someone more qualified in insulting...".

"Still, not like I have a choice. I cant give up being Gamma, I am the only one my father taught his strategies to..."

"Well, speaking of those, we got Mail for the Alpha that needs to be delivered....."

"Yeah, I could smell the paper. Just let me get dressed first, I didn't expect turning into my human form so early, but there were witnesses by the entrance. If I tried to fight them, one might have run into a public area and tell everyone.....and we cant risk that..."

"Just keep up that thinking, and you will be fine. The New alpha has kept you around for some reason, so either he respects you and knows your use, or he is using you for your fathers knowledge, OR your just a pawn in his plan. either way, be glad all those execution requests never come through...".

The Boy sighed, then noted "Yeah, I guess........."

He then added "Oh, and Matthew, good luck".

Matthew Rikker, Gamma of the Lycans, Protector of the Alpha when needs be, Adviser, and some other stuff. He went to his room and got dressed, taking of the cloak he dawned and putting on some shorts and a shirt. He also grabbed a small steel dagger, just in case. He grabbed the letters for the Alpha, just reading who it was from and the topic, both written on the outside envelope of the letters. He went out of his room, searching for the Alpha. Only then did he find the Alpha, Thane.

He then decided to put on a bit of an accent. Although he was twice the age he appeared, his child looks sparked a sort of child personality, that combined with his regular one. He then said, in a somewhat British accent. "Oi! You got mail Govnor". He walked over, and then began reading who they were from and what they were. "Alpha Jerad. He wants to talk to you about him taking over as head Alpha. Again. Alphas David, Harris, and Yami are requesting an execution again..." he noted the last part in a frustrated tone, somewhat annoyed since the alpha's very well know he would be likely to take the mail to the Alpha, so they knew he would see it, which caused the frustration, and before continuing, starting with a more of "You know who its about" tone, and then continuing with a more non opinion tone, adding "....and I don't think I don't need to tell you who they are wanting executed. Oh, Alpha Hannah sends her regards. She is actually wishing you luck. And, the rest is just fan mail and bills, with the exception of this one. This one is from Alpha Farcus. He is sending us his analysis of the room, and strategic planning of our guards and such. I guess he made changes. Well, that's it. I suppose we should go in and start this soon. We wait too long, and the other two races might use 'Disrespectful' as a reason for war....."
