The wolf cub lapped up some Still-Wet. It tasted bad. After searching, the wolf cub ate some grass and a couple of spiders. Then he howled. Howling made the wolf cub feel better because it reminded him of the good times he had with the pack. Then he smelt wolf. He stopped his howling. He couldn't see very well but he could hear it coming this way. But the strange thing was that it also smelt of not-wolf. He whined loudly, a greeting, wishing that this wolf will bring him some food.
