Flinching when the man suddenly slung an arm around him, his heart quickened but he assured himself that he'd be fine as they entered the dining room, his eyes widening at the size. Swallowing hard, he watched Christophe take off towards the table and sit, motioning for him to sit next to the older man, though he stood for a few moments and looked softly to Tian, raising a hand to wave at her. "H-Hallo, Tian!" Adalwulf called out softly as his boots hit against the hard floor with a clack while he made his way over to the chair next to Christophe.
Adalwulf watched in timid silence as, which he assumed were chefs, began setting large plates on the tables for everyone, Mr. Sophia standing in the middle of the dining room with a cheesy grin. "Alright! Before you begin eating, I'd like to say that, I, of course, am Mr. Sophia, the owner of Cata Sophia Mental Home. Now, I want every single one of you to feel comfortable here, make yourselves at home and don't be afraid to ask any questions! After we feast, we will begin with introductions and go from there! Understood? Great, dig in!" The man called out with his booming voice, which in honesty, creeped Adalwulf out.
Scooting his chair closer to the man next to him, he watched Tian for a moment before moving his gaze to that "Princely" man, the one that scared him the most, then back to Christophe, the one he would be hanging around for quite awhile. Clearing his throat, he looked to Tian down the table and nervously fiddled with his thumbs in his lap, biting his bottom lip harder in thought.
"T-Tian! I-I, um, I k-know I kind of left unexpectedly before s-so I want to say I'm sorry. I-I was having a p-panic attack a-and I f-felt like I couldn't b-breathe so I s-started panicking a-and didn't know what to do a-and I-I'm really, really sorry. I-It was rude of me." He apologized quietly, shakily grabbing a teacup that was set on the table near a cluster of more, and sipping in silence, gaze quickly shifting and moving back towards Christophe, trembling when he saw that Prince guy practically next to them, though he was on the other side of Christophe, danke gott!
