I allowed Kosetsu to nuzzle into the girl's skirt, her large tail thumping. I had to hide a smile with a light cough. "I'm glad that Kosetsu likes you. Means you're honest." I muttered, more to the dog than the girl herself. When my surrogate mother turned and looked at me, a smile broke out on my face, calm and serene. The dog huffed in a laugh before turning back to the girl. I ran a hand through her wry coat before turning back to the others. Poor girl was having a Remus moment, when the mutt of a human talked for what feels like hours.

"Ya know, Aki... She's starting to act like you do when I talk for no reason..." Remus pouted to his boyfriend, causing the other male to roll his eyes before looking at me. I nod and Akito goes back to berating his lover for being annoying. I watched with my normal blank face, though my eyes were swimming with amusement and some envy. The envy was because I wanted someone to be that open with. I almost nodded off again when the lunch bell rang. Everyone got up and left, leaving his group.

"Well, Yuki-san, you can eat with us and suffer through our insanity a few minutes longer or you can leave us and eat with another group. You have no need to stay with us." Akito said, making Remus look up at him with wide eyes. Akito raised an eyebrow at him. "What?"

"You spoke more than a sentence! This girl will be good for us, Aki, Mel! Don't let her leave!" he mock begged. I stood up and with a roll of my eyes, I stood and grabbed my bag.

"If we want to get a good spot on the roof, we should leave now..." I told them. "You are welcome to join us." I told her as Kosetsu rested her head on the girl's lap and whined. "Plus, I believe Kosetsu wants you to join as well..." I joked, a very small half smile on my face.
