Daisetsu smirked, looking back at Kisharo. "Kish, of course I've thought of a great idea in this. It's not often I have a bad one," Daisetsu said, with a hint of arrogance in his voice. He knew very well that he was the unofficial "leader" of their trio, and has been unquestioningly so since they met each other. It was not because of a difference in power, the three were all fairly equal to each other, Daisetsu being weaker than one of them if anything. His attitude and demeanor were just better suited for that of a leader, so he stuck with it. "You asked what to expect in the human world, Junji? They value material possessions, much more than any of us shinigami do. They're also terribly dull-witted when it comes to sensing spiritual pressure, so we can safely walk their world with much worry. Even if they can see us, it's not like they can do too much. We just ignore them, and they'll think they're just seeing things. Easy!" Daisetsu told Jun. As much as he berated the humans, he does envy them as well, at least a slight bit. Most humans have a lax lifestyle, with little to no responsibility, and especially not a task as great as the average shinigami's.

Daisetsu looked up, seeing that they were at the gate to the human world. "Well boys, here we are. See ya after the jump!" he shouted, and with that, he leapt through the gate. He felt that lurching feeling in his core as he was shifted from the world of spirits to the world of the living, and after a while of travelling, he found himself looking out on a barren waste. He sighed, resting his hand on the top of his zanpakuto's sheathe.

"Nothingness all around, hm? Shame. I was hoping a place with a name like Death Valley would have a valid reasoning for a name such as that," Daisetsu mumbled to himself. "Might as well wait for those two slowpokes. Can't have them wandering around like lost children in the human world."
