Reason closed her ears as Rolando shrieked. She was glad it worked. Then as Hamelt tied up the woman, she began to speak. Reason had heard of the plane crash. It was tragic but terrible things happened but to blame a child. That was low. Reason wanted to thoroughly acquainte the woman with the marble floor but Jericho was upset. To the point he was crying.
Ignoring the pain, she slipped out of Arach's grip and ran to the boy as he attacked the woman. She grabbed the boy and half dragged him away. She spun him to her and held his jaw so that he was looking at her. "Ignore her. She is baiting you. You can not let it get to you. If you kill her then you'll be no better then she is." Reason said, her voice uncharacteristically strong. She pulled him into a tight hug. "Don't let her get to you." She whispered trying to calm him down by stroking his hair. Her eyes fell on the woman. She felt the bond tingle her skin. She was seconds away from sending spiked marble through her skull but it wasn't worth the effort. She gripped Jericho a little tighter, she wanted him to know she was trying to comfort him. "You're smarter then her, you can think of another way to relatilate instead of mindlessly attacking her. She's thinking and so should you." She said, hoping he understood.
