Akitla was seeing spots by now as she howled again, the pain getting to her. She continued to try and free herself, almost ready to give up and pass out. The pain was unbearable and she knew by now her tail was defiantly broken. Oh god her spine which meant...oh god, oh hell no. It was just her tail right? Even though it was connected to her spine she wouldn't have a broken back right? Right! She struggled more but stopped and growled as she heard someone approaching. She was in too much pain at the moment to pick up the scent. What if they were from the other pack? Shiiiiiiit- She was snapped out of her thoughts as she noticed who it was. Oh thank the lords...She thought to herself bitterly as Isis moved around her to see how bad the situation was. She squirmed a bit more trying to push herself out again, her stubbornness getting to her. She had to get out, like now.
"Akitla, you're going to make it worse."
Yea I know that! Ugh-.. She snapped back. She wasn't mad at Isis but at herself for being so careless. She watched as Isis shifted.
"...Akitla....keep calling for help. I'll do the best I can."
Akitlas ears went back against her head as she howled again, louder this time. Leon! She thought forcefully, trying to get the alphas attention again. She felt the pressure on her tail lifted a bit as Isis picked it up, but Akitla knew she could only hold it up for so long. As quickly as she could, she limped from under the branch, now noticing that it had hit a part of her hind leg. She limped a bit farther before collapsing, letting out another long howl. Someone... She thought before she smelt what she had been fearing. Burning..She quickly shifted but regretted it as her yelped and fell to the ground again, holding her arm in pain, her knee instantly going up also. Shit, she messed up her arm and leg pretty bad, but her back was fine. She muttered to herself gratefully before her head snapped in the direction of the branch. Another strike of lightning struck the tree top again, a small spark appearing. "Isis! Go get the others, i'll be fine!" She said to the other female urgently, waving her hand at her to go and quick.
