I can't believe that asshole had the nerve to call me a hybrid. Even though it was true, RUSH was the only one who called herself that. Even then, it was only on rare occasion. She'd rather be called a vampwolf and risk being laughed at. Her mind still beat her up about killing him, but no one was supposed to know about her abilities. Being one of a kind was terrible in a situation like this. Her parents, father a vampire and mother a werewolf, should have known not to have an affair. Or at least not to curse their world with a child like this! Then again, after she was born, they didn't live much longer on this world. With a loud sigh, she grabbed her partner before he could run into a tree. "Be more careful." RUSH scolded.
Even as they ran, Lucho looked rather tired and well, beat up with his ripped shirt and the bloody scratches littering his chest. Finally, his legs decided to stop working, and he slid down to the ground, pulling some tree roots out of the ground in the process. RUSH stopped at the sound of a loud crack, and narrowly missed the huge branch that fell beside her. Stomping back to the vampire, she stood in front of him with her arms crossed. "Someone probably heard that." He shrugged.
