As soon as the Korean had bursted out of the room, Devan stared at the doorway. "Um..... okay....." Well, that was awkward. Devan thought. He then took the seat and went back into conversation with Garnet and the girl, who was named Seethra.

“The spirits… If you know I speak to them then you certainly know me. However that meant you were either a very dear friend… or someone who experienced.. Heh, my not so cordial side. I suspect you are a friend?” Seethra asked Garnet.

"Probably." Garnet replied. "Though I could just remember this conversation, or maybe I just remember that fact from the time I was omniscient. Even then I still thought you guys were pretty interesting. As for how I remember you all, I think I've figured it out. Garnet is the birthstone of January, with the element of time. And before I had a physical form, I use the term 'before' very loosely, I observed every location in existence at every point in time simultaneously. Of course I can't just remember everything from back then. I think that, if I did, my mind would just break and I'd go completely insane."

Again, Devan was confused with all this time talk and stuff about how Garnet knew everything that is, was, and will be, but cannot remember it. "Agh.... You're breaing my mind already, Garnet... At this rate, I will be the one who will go insane.." Devan got a headache from this talk already because he tried to make sense out of it. "Anyway... Your ability is to talk with spirits, Seethra? That's... cool."
