Yeo-reum watches Sapphire run upstairs to her room and close the door. She sits on the stairs, chin in her hands, she sighs. "That was really stupid Yeo-reum. You shouldn't have gotten angry at them. Now everyone will hate you worse than Charlie." She thinks about how angry she got and how she yelled at everyone. She drops her head into her knees. She's always had a quick, angry temper and then she calms down just as quickly, "Your mood changes like the weather." a friend told her many years ago; they never knew how right they were.
"Why do I get so angry?" she moans raising her head and dropping it back down again, "Sapphire is such a good and sweet friend. How could I be so stupid?" She's sure Sapphire won't want to ever speak to her again and when she does it will be because Sapphire is so polite and kind.
"I should go up and talk to her." she mumbles into her legs. "But what would I say? I already told her I'm sorry and I wasn't mad at her." She raises her head and practices, "Sapphire, I'm sorry I yelled at you." She shakes her head, "No, I already did that." she thinks and tries again and again. Finally she sighs, "Sapphire I'm a horrible, rotten jerk and a bad friend. I'm sorry for not being a better person." She nods her head. She's not going to go and say that to her, but it's the truth.
