The young boy simply eased himself as it seemed people were going about everyday tasks. Masao turned those curious roseate colored eyes about watching a small ground of kids heading off towards the sleeping corridor fussing with an older teenager. Masao winced as he took notice of some older members talking in a hushed tone as they seemed to be observing or judging Zetsumie and Masao. The pale boy certainly was an oddity- being dressed as a young girl also had some suspicions raised. It was extremely unusual for Zetsumie to willingly offer to train or teach many of the girls in the compound let alone bring one home and so queerly colored too. Masao adverted his gaze feeling nervousness creep up inside him and he stared down at the his hands which were placed neatly in his lap sitting formally as he waited quietly. He knew what Shinobi were and he knew society saw them in a quite blunt manner, 'freaks'. Masao now new he'd be a freak among freaks. He didn't know if he would be accepted or ostracized. This realization only allowed his nervousness to grow exponentially.
Zetsumie finished the meager meal and placed a bowl before Masao and one across from him. Soon two tea cups were placed. It seemed that since Zetsumie had learned the boys name he eased in to a more comfortable state. He didn't quiet feel at rest among the more feminine girls around the compound. They made him uneasy. The thoughts of making a fool out of himself in front of them bothered him greatly and he avoided particular ones. The more boyish rough types however he didn't seem to mind. It was just something about girls that didn't settle right with the man. He had Masao pegged as a girl at first but now he was starting to like the idea of what seemed to be a very servile boy. And at such a young age the chances of training the lad would work well in his favor. "Eat up." He said. Sitting near the end of a table in the dining hall meant others could join them or sit further away if they didn't want to intrude.
