Lily wandered through the halls looking for where exactly she was supposed to go. She was fairly certain that she had gotten herself badly lost. It was then that she heard a voice she recognized. Quickly scuttling over to the room she'd heard her friend's voice coming from, Lily stopped upon seeing two people standing outside of the door. One of the aforementioned people was a boy, which was mildly alarming since this was an all girls school. Tentatively trying to look around them, as she most certainly wasn't going to push past them, Lily tried to gleam some insight as to whether her best friend was in the room.

This resulted in little success, mostly due to the fact that she was trying to do so from across the hall, so as not to be noticed. Seeing no better alternative, being lost and needing help anyway, Lily approached the doorway and, standing as close as she dared, softly called into the room. "A- Amber? Are you in there? It's me Lily." The shy girl had no idea what she would do if Amber was, in fact, not in the room, but it would likely involve a tactical retreat and trying to find her elsewhere. Given that she had just let the people, including the boy that was, for some inexplicable reason, standing there, know that she was there.
