Charlie shook her head and rolled her eyes. "You do realize that forty five plus sixty five is a hundred and ten, right?" Her voice was clearly teasing, there was no way that she would actually be mean to him. It was like it was impossible for her to be mad at the boy, probably because she just didn't want to be mad at him. There was no way that she wanted to lose her friend, actually, her only friend. Obviously she got along with her siblings- well not really, only Bee-, but they didn't count. "I'm glad you got a good sleep then," she mumbled, laying her head back on his chest and yawning. It was strange, that was probably one of her better nights of sleep. Usually she did sleep better with someone else around her thought, somehow it comforted her.
His suggestion actually didn't sound that bad. It wasn't like they were going to kill either of them for being in a store together, and it wasn't likely any of their siblings would be there either. If they were she would be surprised, didn't they have someone that went shopping for them? Or maybe their mother did it or something. "You are a terrible influence on me, Benjamin," she teased tiredly before climbing off of him. "But that's a brilliant idea, let's do it."
