That when he immediately stop and stared at it as it ran past him, along with a whole group of other demons, but one caught his eye, one that looked like the age of a young man or just a simple boy. It was too quick to truly spot out, but that's what he believed to have saw. Once they all passed him, already going after the demon he was chasing, he smirked, 'I see someone's beat me to my prey...' He decided that now was the time to finally back down. The demons would get to it before he could, and probably overrun it before he could, so he had no reason to go on chasing them. Naota raised one of the axes and gently placed it so it was hanging on his shoulder casually, "Well... Time to call it a day now I suppose...."

Haruka noticed that the other exorcist had stopped. It made him feel as if he won in some way, seeing how he was still proceeding to find this demon from Hell when the actually exorcist gave up. It was a small one, but almost a whole 10 of his kind went racing for it because they were more dangerous than seen. Not only that, but this demon seemed to be light on it's feet, going slightly faster than the whole group itself. He then found out that another exorcist was following the group as he turned his head and shouted, "Hey! Kid! What do you think you're doing! This is our kill!" He yelled at Inali, not wanting to give something he hunted to an exorcist.

Sheena shook her head slowly, standing her group and not changing the least bit, but now since she figured this exorcist didn't kill her straight out of no where, she put on a small smile, "I'm afraid you'd have to do the same, child." She said, calling almost everyone a child because she knew she was at least a couple hundred years older than any exorcist or human, "My kin aren't the type of demons you should be hunting. I'd be happy to back down without a fight as long as you do the same." Of course, there are no guarantee that either of them would do it, but she always made risky bets, whether they were lost or won.
