Katherine was panting lightly as she walked into an abandoned warehousr where her target had recently been spotted in. As she opened the doors an awful smell invaded her senses. She couldn't see much so she had her pocket knife already out and ready to seriously do damage. Katherine had been seperated herself from her team and ran off to where the target was said to be. She looked around when something caught her eye. There was a trail of blood leading to something. She took out her phone and used the light to see where the trail led to and to her surprise it led to her ,now dead, target. She looked around still using her phone's light to see if anyone was around.

"I took care of him if you're wondering." An unknown male spoke. Katherine became much more defensive and alert than before.

"Who are you? Come out here!" Her voice echoed throught the abandoned property. The man chuckled before the echoes of his chuckle died out. She suddenly heard the sound of the doors being slammed shut. She ran to them and hurridly opened them, thankful that she wasn't locked in the warehouse. Katherine looked around outside for the man that spoke but didn't see anyone.

"Damn." She muttered. Katherine knew it wasn't good that she let the target die by someone else's hands and it ws worse because some unknown man got away with it. She didn't recognize the voice as anyone from the secret police or anyone she knew so she was confused and frustrated. Police sirens rang out in the distance and Katherine walked away as if nothing happened. She was soon farther away from the warehouse as she saw the police lights light up parts of the farther backround. Katherine made it back to where she was last with her team and wasn't surprised to not see them there. She leaned against a tree sighing.
