It was roughly midnight at the Sera Research facility as Adam Fenix sat in his locked room just staring into space. "Tonight's the night" he though calmly to himself. "I'm getting out of here even if it kills me." Adam sat there for another 10 another 10 minutes before a loud banging was heard on his door and a shrill voice called in "On the ground with your hands behind your head Fenix!" Adam sighed and did as he was instructed. Roughly 15 seconds later 2 heavily armored guards rushed into the room and quickly shackled him up hands and feet. Once he was properly secured a man in a lab coat entered the room with his hands behind his back. "Good evening Mr. Fenix the man said with a slight smirk." Adam just glared coldly at the man his red eyes showing his utter hatred towards him. "Oh come now Mr. Fenix the quicker you cooperate the sooner we can get tonight's session over" He added as he put on a stethoscope "We just need to check your vitals and we'll be good to go for the night" The second the metal piece touched Adams chest a sensation of utter fury overcame him and he headbutted the professor so hard it knocked him down and almost out of the room. The guards then began savagely beat Adam. Knowing he could never make it out yet he just laid there and took it. Once the professor got to his feet he whipped the blood from his face slowly regaining his composure and growled out "You little shit how dare you touch me! Just for that I think you'll be pulling double shifts tonight!" Adam just looked down knowing there was nothing he could do. "Pick this trash up and let's go." The man growled out as he exited the room. Adam was brought to a small room almost resembling an execution chamber with a chair hooked up to wires in the middle and a huge computer system at one of the walls. As he was strapped into the chair the professor began typing stuff into the computer and said to Adam "I hope this hurts you little wretch" as he pressed the button that began to power up the machine. As it powered up Adam just sat there and closed his eyes
Just as the machine began to run the professor looked back at Adam and smirked. Just then the machine started to glitch showing signs of a system failure. "Shit what the hell is going on!?" He called out confused and angry. The computer monitor then said in a calm soul-less voice "Subject is uncooperative" The professors head snapped back to Adam as utter fury overcame him as he stormed over to him. "What did you do you little shit!? Answer me" The professor then slapped Adam across the face and repeated himself "ANSWER ME" A moment passed before Adams eyes shot open. Adam looked at the professor and said calmly "Now it's my turn" Just then Adam released a huge burst of heat knocking the Professor back and partially burning him while at the same time lighting his whole body on fire. The restraints on his chair soon melted too as he slowly got up. The 2 guards that escorted him there then drew their M16's pointing them right at Adam's head as one yelled "GET ON THE GROUND NOW!" Adam smirked as began walking towards them fire fully engulfing his body. They both then began firing round after round at him but to no avail. The bullets simply melted before they could even touch him. (And I will continue this after your post :) )
