Dejah looked over at Molko at the same time that Selwen did. The ranger waited for the knight to finish before she spoke to Molko.

"I know where we are, friend," Dejah said. She smiled at the dwarf. It was a good feeling: to have friends. The dwarf and Selwen were wonderful and kind people. They were nothing like the drow, especially Selwen.

"Ever since I escaped from the Underdark, I have wandered these lands and know them very well. This beach is called Merrishore. There are merfolk living in the coral. If you have a looking glass you can sometimes see them riding the crests of waves. I happen to have one-..." Dejah reached for her saddle bags but then realized that she was riding Tola and not Abbil.

"... had one," she corrected herself with an apologetic smile.

Meanwhile down the shore Pathos was reeling in the biggest catch of his life! His tongue stuck out his mouth sideways as he concentrated on dragging that monster of a fish to shore. It wasn't easy catching fish while drunk. The elven man growled beneath his breath and gave a final yank of his pole.

Whatever was on the end of it popped up from the surface of the water and came flying through the air toward him.
