Deriz had left Vampire De La Torre on the scouting mission that Ally was talking about to make sure that the camp was indeed human, human hunters no less which Lilly had found out herself when she had arrived, only to find Deriz harmed at the same time. Her main priority was to get Deriz out of there, such that was accomplished after striking the tree and causing their camp to go on fire that they truly didn't know what hit them. To be quite honest, Lilly didn't care if they knew or not, seeing that the weather wasn't exactly lightning weather to cause such, as long as Deriz was safe and safe he was as she held him while her eyes were on duty incase any of the hunters went looking for Deriz, even if he was the least of their minds right now.
"Are you alright? Is Max or Ally with you?", she then heard Deriz say, tempted to wrap her arms around him and give him a big cuddle that he was alright but she refrained from doing so as he was adjusting himself and getting his head round where he was, "Think they know where we are?". Lilly smiled, "We're safe here, I believe they have enough to worry about. As for Max and Ally, there shouldn't be too far away since they were behind me", deciding to refrain from saying that she ran away. Before long, Max had arrived, "You two okay?". First Deriz asked and now Max, course she was okay, she was the hero! but she kept it on the low-down to not brag so much as she nodded to, sharply.
Ally was concerned about Deriz's scar as she was, as she advised that it should be checked out when they get back, which Lilly thought Deriz was going when he flew away but it was in the wrong direction. Leaving Ally and Max to do whatever they needed to do, she too flew up and followed Deriz, dropping down a few metres away from him as she saw him looking into a pond. "Hey! I save your life and then you run away. Wha-", she exclaimed with hands on her hips as if telling him off, before stopping mid-sentence when he heard him crying, certainly sounded like it as her face dropped, "You're crying", stating the obvious but she didn't care as she flew to him so she was by his side, putting an arm around him before asking, "What's wrong?".
