The tall blonde man finally turned to Takeshi and spoke in a harsh and cold tone of voice. Apparently, he believed Takeshi to be a weak... human? An interesting choice of words. What kind of person refers to another as "human"? The answer wasn't clear, but that wasn't a concern for him. However this man may not be human, whatever that left was a mystery to Takeshi.
"I am human, but human is not me." A surprisingly philosophical statement from the likes of Takeshi. He was going to fight this man, that part had already been decided, but Takeshi was currently short his favored weapon while his opponent wielded a katana. While this put him at what most people would think of as a disadvantage, Takeshi thought of it as a challenge. One he intended to overcome. No real point in holding back then!
Takeshi surged forward with shocking speed, easily closing the distance between himself and the man in a fraction of a second, grinning like the mad man he was. His stance had changed while surged as well, his right leg now forward and the left leg back. It was this alternating stance that allowed him to move so quickly even in such heavy armor. His right fist shot out like a loosed arrow, aimed just above the under the rib cage where the spleen was located. His left hand stayed low, near the man's sword hand to block an incoming attack or disarm the man should he falter.
