Dan took care of three more walkers even as he kept an eye on the figure before him, noticing as it turned and headed towards him that it was a girl as realized as she scrambled to a halt and landed on her butt before him that she hadn't noticed him until it was almost to late. "Same place you did." he stated softly as he looked behind her, his eyes narrowing when he saw several of them turn towards them. "Shit!" he snarled as he snagged the girls hand, turned and raced back towards the ally way.
"No time to chat!" he stated when the girl gave a startled exclamation, even as they dodged cars and reaching hands from legless dead.

Skidding around the corner, he twisted half way around to avoid grabbing hands and gnashing teeth, jerking the girl behind him as his left hand lashed out his blade slicing through the males half rotted face before striking him in the chest and sending him flying back in to half a dozen more ambling towards them. "Fuck and I just cleared this area!" he muttered and shoved the girl towards the closed dumpster. "Get up there. NOW!" he snapped as those that didn't fall from their companion stumbled over or around them and headed straight for them, one veering off towards the girl as two headed for him, even as the growls and screeches from those they had run from grew louder.
