To Jordyn, the 'Celebration Hall' looked, to him, like a rearranged Dining Hall and he really hoped that's what it really was - he couldn't fathom making an entire room separate and apart from the mess hall just for the odd occasions like these. But, when you had money, you did all sorts of irrational things, he concluded..
It was strange though, he was already irrational and he only had the money he picked off people during his nightly runs. It wasn't like he enjoyed stealing odds and ends, money placed under the pillow from the 'Tooth Fairy' or cookies there for Santa but.. a guy had to eat, right?

The adorned fingers of his right hand went to his chin in thought as he pondered the young girl's words of displeasure, "Maybe.. just maybe..." Jordyn raised his left hand to similarly stroke Red's chin, for double the deduction prowess - clearly, "He went.. to use the bathroom!" Brilliant. A large grin played on his face as he retreated his hand (although he knew Red dare not attack him in the middle of the Celebration Hall) and nodded, a rather complacent look on his face for solving the mystery.

A small wince played on Darla's small frame when he'd pointed to the Noh Mai - well, it didn't matter! It was there because she was prepared for it but it wasn't, by any means, her favourite dance to perform. In addition, poor Mr.Saiforro probably didn't understand what any of the terms meant and just chose one at random, so it was fine. Darla's tail wagged happily behind her, much to the displeasure of guests who began walking in awkward fashions - darting here, backing away there - to avoid being swatted by the length of fluff that made no sign of stopping.

Mr.Saiforro was such a nice person; Darla smiled up at him and accepted the colorful paper, eyes quickly scanning over the numbers to ensure they matched the number in her book. When she confirmed that it was a match, she did the strangest thing.. she barked.

No sound came from her lips but the small, unmistakable action was there. The inu deposited the money into the duffel bag, fingers nimbly pushing the bills into a secret pocket held against the lining and she upped the bag with her equipment. His last words irked her slightly but her human mind kept her in check; the dress accompanying Traditional Japanese Dance was NOT a costume, it was called a kimono. Or in the case of the Noh Mai, a kami-shimo (a hakama and waist-coat with larger, or exaggerated shoulders).
